6 Days a Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Car Insurance Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing car insurance renewals, coordinating with insurance partners, and ensuring timely policy renewals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle motor insurance renewal cases for existing customers
• Contact customers before policy expiry and explain renewal options
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotes, endorsements, and renewals
• Prepare and share insurance quotations with customers
• Ensure timely renewal and follow-up to avoid policy lapses
• Maintain proper records of insurance policies and renewals
• Assist customers with policy details, coverage, and claims process
• Achieve monthly renewal targets
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for insurance leads

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance (preferred)
• Knowledge of motor insurance policies and IRDA guidelines
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in automobile dealership insurance desk
• Knowledge of multiple insurance companies and products
