Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele caller to generate leads, explain insurance products, and support sales activities for our insurance brokerage operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance) clearly
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up on inquiries and renewals
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Undergraduates or Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language a plus)
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided)
• Customer-oriented and persuasive approach
• Good listening and negotiation skills

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + performance-based attractive incentives
