Interior Project Manager

● Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, from planning to handover.

● Manage and coordinate multiple departments - design, procurement, commercial, and site execution.

● Work with production managers (carpentry, paint, finishing) to resolve challenges with tact and authority.

● Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

● Establish communication channels between departments for seamless project execution.

● Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.

● Drive improvements in logistics, manpower deployment, and manufacturing-to-site coordination.

● Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and enforce project goals.

● Build and strengthen site teams by monitoring availability and flow of personnel, assigning teams to projects.

● Track project metrics, prepare reports, and escalate risks proactively.
