Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Incharge who will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and coordination between design, technical, and vendor teams.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on site management and ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor workmanship, safety, and site discipline
• Maintain site cleanliness and material storage
• Planning & Coordination - Coordinate with Design Consultants, Technical Incharge, and vendors
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules
• Ensure availability of materials and manpower
• Manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Quality Control - Check levels, alignments, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, and fittings
• Ensure quality standards before proceeding to next stages
• Rectify defects and rework immediately
• Vendor & Labour Management - Supervise contractors, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and helpers
• Verify work progress and measurements
• Control wastage and misuse of materials
• Client Coordination - Update clients on site progress
• Handle minor client queries at site level
• Support Design Consultants during site visits
• Reporting & Documentation - Maintain daily site reports and progress photos
• Track material consumption
• Report delays, risks, and issues to management
• Handover & Closure - Prepare sites for inspection and handover
• Ensure snag list closure
• Support final completion and documentation

Eligibility

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil / Interior / Construction (preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in interior, renovation, or construction sites

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and fittings
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Good coordination and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic reporting via WhatsApp / Excel / Apps
• Willingness to travel across sites

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: As per company policy
• Timings: As per site requirements
• Location: Delhi/NCR
