Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, and clients.
- Manage and monitor interior fit-out work including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, and other finishing works.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site issues or delays.
- Monitor workforce and subcontractor performance and ensure timelines are met.
- Manage materials on-site and coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery.
- Attend project meetings and update stakeholders on site progress.
- Ensure proper documentation including site checklists, snag lists, and final handover reports.
