Role: Site Supervisor Role Definition: A site supervisor is the one who is responsible for understanding, implementing and getting execution done as per the drawings. He need to do proper planning with the design, procurement and execution manpower. Smart enough to engage manpower, resources and skill for timely and error-free execution. Responsibility, Tasks & Activities (Deliverables) 1. Understanding the drawings and matching the same with actual site before execution. Providing inputs on practical challenges to be considered before execution. 2. Matching the drawings with the BOQ quantities. 3. Preparation of execution schedule (timelines) and daily updating of progress in respect to original timelines. 4. Taking note and updating of any deviation of materials and /or quantities in respect to BOQ(s). 5. Manpower engagement and optimum utilisation of resources. 6. Periodical site work measurements, verification from client team and updation to billing team 7. Periodical measurement verification for sub-contractors Competencies: Skills 1. Effective manpower management 2. Clear communication 3. Technical know-how and implementation of various materials 4. Knowledge of execution (from applicator’s perspective) Knowledge 1. Autocad 2.
