The role and responsibilities are as follows: Oversee day to day operations of the facility. Overseeing work execution. Handling multi workers for task. Assigning task for workers. Monitoring project progress. Should demonstrate teamwork. Leadership. Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts). Excellent organizational skills. Analytical thinking. Problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers. Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures. Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments. Helping project to plan to finish the the weekly work program. Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment. Completing records for site reports. Site location: Dehradun, Uttrakhand
