* Work with Architectural firm and Monitor ongoing residential projects construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stays on schedule. * Checking plans, execution done as per drawings and quality of work. * Regular coordinate with Architect regarding design, construction progress or any modification required. * Prepare daily progress report & responsible to plan next day job. * To arrange materials and equipments for the contractors and department workers. * To check quality of assigned materials. * arrange labour/contractor to get work done as per plan * Contractor Handling & to check contract bills as per project work completed.
