B2B Sales Associate’s Core responsibility is to set appointments and close the sales with our international prospects. There are set number and revenue targets for every month to be achieved by the associate. Our target profile is CXO or decision makers. The associate is responsible for to make outbound calls, setting the appointment, and closing the sale on inbound calls when necessary. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks: • Achieving the set number and revenue targets • Research on the target audience and building new database • Maintaining the daily work and registration docs. • Profiling of the existing database • Reaching out to the right target via phones and emails • Setting the appointment • Closing the sale • Raising the invoice once a written confirmation has been received • Follow up on pending payments • Feedback collection • Relationship building with the clients to ensure repeat business Prerequisites/Skills Required: • Excellent Written & Spoken English • Convincing power and sales skills • LinkedIn usage • US Accent training in past is must. Candidate must have a neutral accent. • Ability to learn and adapt to the process. • Laptop, mic, and camera to work from home. • Ability to work in the US Shifts (EST or PST)
