Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our outbound survey campaign team. You will be responsible for conducting telephone-based surveys with UK residents or businesses, gathering opinions, feedback, or data for research and analysis purposes. This is not a sales role — no selling or promotion is involved.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to a list of contacts using a dialer system or manual process.
• Conduct structured surveys in a professional, friendly, and unbiased manner.
• Accurately record responses into the system or survey platform.
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided for each campaign.
• Handle objections and queries professionally, ensuring a positive call experience.
• Meet individual and team-based productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection at all times.
• Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear and neutral UK-friendly accent preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or survey work is beneficial but not essential.
• A confident and friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to work in UK Shift (2.00pm - 10.30pm).
• High attention to detail and good listening skills.
• Full training provided.
