International Telesales Voice Process Job :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients for BPO services.
- Client Engagement: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to explain services, resolve queries, and build relationships.
- Sales & Closing: Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Documentation: Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
