Job Title: Manufacturing & Warehouse Inventory Executive

Location: Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh, Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Job Overview

Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing & Warehouse Inventory Executive to manage both warehouse operations and manufacturing inventory. This role involves handling day-to-day warehouse activities, monitoring stock levels, ordering components and spare parts, and ensuring smooth flow of goods from manufacturing to warehouse for sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory systems, manufacturing processes, and store management.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Manage daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate stock tracking and inventory reporting through software/Excel.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Manufacturing Stores & Component Management:

• Handle manufacturing inventory, including raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Plan and order components/spare parts required for production.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability to avoid downtime.
• Oversee quality checks (QC) before finished goods move to warehouse for sales.
• Support production planning by aligning inventory with manufacturing schedules.
• Track and report consumption of materials to reduce wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or manufacturing inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory/warehouse management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of component planning, spare part maintenance, and QC checks.
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors, logistics, and production teams.
• Basic understanding of safety & compliance standards in manufacturing/warehouse settings.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when needed.
• Educational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
