Inventory Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth material flow across the organization. The role involves planning, monitoring, and controlling inventory to minimize shortages and excess stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control daily inventory operations
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / inventory software
• Monitor stock movement, consumption, and replenishment
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliations
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete items
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of inventory
• Prepare inventory reports and MIS for management
• Reduce inventory loss, damage, and discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or Store Manager
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing / barcode / FMCG / warehouse operations
• Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory optimization techniques
