IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Intern to support daily IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems, and assist in maintaining digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for students or freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in real-world IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations Support

Assist in maintaining company systems, software, and devices

Troubleshoot basic technical issues (email, login, apps, network)

Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (ID creation, access setup)

Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses

2. Website & Digital Systems

Assist in managing company website updates (content, plugins, minor fixes)

Monitor website uptime and performance

Help with domain, hosting, and DNS management

Coordinate with developers for major updates

3. SaaS Tools & Automation

Manage tools like CRM, email marketing, and cloud storage

Assist in setting up workflows (Zoho, Google Workspace, etc.)

Maintain user access and permissions

Support automation projects (forms, integrations, APIs)

4. Cybersecurity Basics

Ensure systems follow basic security practices

Regular backups of critical data

Help implement antivirus and security tools

Monitor suspicious activity and report issues

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain SOPs and IT documentation

Prepare weekly IT health reports

Create user guides for internal tools

Track IT support requests and resolutions

Required Skills

Basic understanding of computer systems and networking

Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

Basic knowledge of websites (WordPress preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot)

Basic HTML/CSS or no-code tools

Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics

Automation tools like Zapier, Make, or APIs

Eligibility

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT / Diploma in IT

Final year students or recent graduates preferred

Passion for learning and experimenting with technology
