Job Description
- Proven experience in IT management or system/network administration.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
- In-depth understanding of PC hardware, storage systems, and enterprise software applications.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity measures, IT compliance, and data protection regulations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide quick resolutions.
Preferred Certifications (optional but desirable):
- CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified)
- MCSA / MCSE (Microsoft Certified)
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+
