Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands-on expertise in contract staffing and proven exposure to hiring for top-tier MNC clients. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end recruitment experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract positions across multiple technologies.

*Work on top client requirements from leading MNCs such as Accenture, Wipro, IBM, Coforge, Birlasoft, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, and similar organizations.

*Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and Boolean searches.

*Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client expectations.

*Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and manage offer negotiation and onboarding.

*Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and account managers.

*Ensure compliance with SLA, TAT, and quality metrics.

*Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline reports.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

*2–10 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.

*Strong experience in contract / C2C / payroll hiring.

*Proven exposure to hiring for top IT MNC clients (Accenture, Wipro, IBM, Coforge, Birlasoft, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.).

*Excellent knowledge of IT technologies, skill mapping, and role requirements.

*Expertise in Boolean search techniques.

*Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

*Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Good to Have:

Experience with ATS tools.

Exposure to US / India IT staffing.

Strong candidate networking and database-building skills.
