Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and strong exposure to manufacturing company accounts. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and well-versed in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting entries including sales and purchase entries in Tally
• Maintaining books of accounts for manufacturing and other industries
• Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Managing GST compliances including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other GST returns
• Preparation and filing of TDS returns and related compliance
• Handling E-way bills and E-invoicing
• Assisting in finalization of accounts and coordination with CA/auditors
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with a CA firm
• Strong expertise in Tally software
• Prior experience handling accounts of a manufacturing company is mandatory
• Working knowledge of multiple industry accounting practices
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
