Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily wire production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met as per planning and quality standards.
- Report daily production status and challenges to management.
- Check raw materials availability and ensure efficient material usage with minimal wastage.
- Maintain proper documentation — shift reports, production records, and maintenance logs.
- Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and product specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the QA team for inspection and approval.
