Job Description – Apple Laptop & Desktop Technician

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician with expertise in Apple MacBooks and iMacs. The role involves part-level diagnosis and repair, including motherboard-level troubleshooting. The technician will be responsible for identifying hardware issues, replacing and repairing components, performing testing, and ensuring devices meet quality standards after repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Apple MacBooks and iMacs at component / part level

• Perform motherboard repairs (ICs, chips, connectors, power circuits, etc.)

• Replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, logic boards

• Troubleshoot hardware and macOS-related issues

• Conduct post-repair testing and quality checks

• Maintain repair records and follow safety standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Apple hardware architecture

• Knowledge of part-level and logic board repair

• Familiarity with macOS diagnostics and tools

• Ability to use soldering and repair equipment
