Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed)

Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Education: 10th or Below 10th

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating lathe machines and handling day-to-day machining tasks efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate lathe (kharad) machines as per production requirements
• Set up machines and tools for daily operations
• Read and understand basic job instructions and measurements
• Ensure accuracy and quality in machining work
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow safety guidelines and factory standards
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator
• Must know how to operate lathe/kharad machines independently
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and willing to work full-time day shifts
