Job Description

Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and lead generation? Softnerve Technology Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Intern to join our team! As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth.

 

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

1. Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as Linked-In, industry events, and online databases.

2. Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to create interest in our products and services.

3. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.

4. Maintain a detailed record of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.

5. Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to generate new leads.

6. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.

The hiring process for the Lead Generation Executive position consists of three distinct stages designed to assess your strategic, technical, and communication capabilities.

1. Selection Process Stages

  2. Round 2 Technical & Profile Discussion Virtual Interview (Google Meet/UC Platform)
  3. Round 3 Final Fitment & Executive Review In-person (F2F) or Virtual (Meet), based on availability


2. Mandatory First Round Task (R1) Details

Objective: Assess your ability to translate complex technology into C-suite business value.

  1. Deliverable (1) Sales Deck Outline: Prepare the content structure for a clean, fact-driven sales presentation (max 7-10 slides).
