Lead Generation Specialist

We are an Interior & Architecture firm looking for a result-driven Social Media Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality leads through digital platforms.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
• Run and manage paid ads (Meta Ads) for lead generation
• Create and optimize ad creatives, captions, and targeting
• Generate quality leads for interior design projects
• Monitor and improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversions
• Handle basic lead data management / CRM
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• 🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in social media marketing & lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and audience targeting
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Experience in interior / real estate industry is a plus
