Position Overview

We are looking for a Legal – Corporate Executive to support the company’s legal, contractual, and compliance requirements. The role is open to fresh law graduates as well as professionals with 3–4 years of corporate legal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, SLAs, and commercial documents
• Handling corporate legal documentation and maintaining records
• Assisting in tax-related legal matters (GST, Income Tax coordination with consultants)
• Supporting legal compliance related to Companies Act, corporate policies, and internal governance
• Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and auditors
• Assisting in legal risk assessment and contract interpretation
• Maintaining agreement trackers and legal MIS
• Providing day-to-day legal support to internal departments (Sales, Projects, Finance, HR)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of contract drafting and agreement vetting
• Basic understanding of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Good command over legal documentation and interpretation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal formats

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LLB / LLM (from recognized university)
• Experience:
• Freshers may apply
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal role preferred
• Exposure to renewable energy, EPC, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
