Job Description
Performing Due diligence on Property papers by Visiting Banks and Sub Registrar Offices, Drafting Opinion and reports and verifying the Originals from the clients of the Bank. Drafting, filing of recovery cases at District courts and Debt Recovery Tribunals. Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for natural and juristic persons. Draft, review and manage wills, trusts, estates, contracts and deeds. Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
