We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commi 1 to join our culinary team. The Commi 1 will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef  with food preparation and cooking tasks
Follow recipes and ensure consistency and high-quality standards of dishes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and equipment
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times
Complete daily kitchen tasks as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Help with inventory control and ordering of supplies when required
Continuously learn new techniques and methods in cooking to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 year of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Must be from the food industry and have a good knowledge of north Indian cuisine.
