Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan,Insurance etc.)
- Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility clearly to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and credit team for loan processing
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
