Job Summary:The Loan Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and assisting them in obtaining loans that best fit their requirements. The role involves promoting loan products, processing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely loan disbursement while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell loan products such as personal, business, home, or vehicle loans.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and suggest suitable loan options.
• Collect and verify applicant information, KYC documents, income proofs, and other relevant papers.

• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and credit assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with strong customer service focus.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of loans disbursed.
• Loan portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conversion rate from leads to loans.
• Compliance and documentation accuracy.
