Key Responsibilities
Debt Recovery: Contact customers with overdue accounts to secure payments.
Negotiation: Negotiate repayment plans or settlements, balancing customer relationships with company goals.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and payment outcomes in CRM or software.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports to management on collection progress.
Compliance: Adhere to legal regulations and company policies regarding debt collection.
Field Visits: (If applicable) Conduct on-site visits for high-value or non-responsive accounts.
