• 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end logistics operations for domestic and export shipments
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
• Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and international shipping regulations
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with cost optimization
• Manage inventory dispatch planning and coordination with production team
• Handle port operations (JNPT/Nhava Sheva) and resolve logistics issues
• Monitor freight costs, demurrage, and detention
• 🎯 Requirements:3–6 years of experience in logistics/export operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping & export documentation
• Experience in engineering goods / heavy equipment logistics preferred
• Familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback
• Good coordination & negotiation skills
