Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced team leader to oversee and manage our company's supply chain operations for hospital supplies. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of delivery personnel and ensuring that all products are delivered to hospitals on time. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team, work collaboratively with other departments and good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and locations.

Responsibilities:

•	Manage the transportation and distribution of hospital supplies, ensuring timely, efficient delivery and getting back material & instruments in full.
•	Collaborate with internal operations teams to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues.
•	Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
•	Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations governing logistics operations.
•	Manage and train a team of helpers, delivery personnel etc; providing guidance and support as needed.
•	Establish and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics providers, negotiating contracts and rates as needed.
•	Respond to urgent orders and same-day deliveries.
•	Coordinate pick-up of materials from hospitals.
•	Vehicle management.
•	Reporting of department performance. 

Requirements:

•	Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
•	Minimum of 5 years of experience in as a team leader.
•	Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external partners.
•	Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
•	Ability to prioritise and execute on basis of operational requirements and limitations.
•	Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations governing logistics operations.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
