Fast Career Growth Path of Sales & Marketing

• 0-6 months: MT has to do Sales & Marketing of Solar Systems They are given a technical and commercial understanding of Solar Products and they meet & convince customers, dealers, solar companies. They also get technical understanding for Installation, & commissioning of solar systems.

• 6 months–1 year: Based on his performance, the fast track MTs are given Business Development Executive/Marketing Executive roles or their Area is expanded where they are managing a team to deliver Results or given a role to independently deliver.

•            Its NOT Door to Door Sales. It is techno-commercial role, where Customers want to be fully technically educated about the product before taking a decision.

Designation after 6 months for high Performers: Business Development Executive/Marketing Executive.
