Overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming.

SOP Compliance: Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across service, billing, and hygiene.

Scheduling: Creating duty rosters, managing attendance, and resolving team conflicts.

Sales Targets: Driving daily/monthly sales targets and increasing profitability.

Customer Service: Ensuring excellent service, addressing customer feedback, and handling complaints professionally.

Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the central kitchen or suppliers, and managing inventory.

Waste Management: Tracking fast-moving/slow-moving items and minimizing wastage.

Skills: Strong leadership, operational discipline, and proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
