Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Manufacturing Chemist with hands-on experience in cosmetic production and formulation support. The role combines manufacturing execution, process optimization, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cosmetic manufacturing batches as per BMR/BPR

• Production handling of creams, serums, lotions, shampoos, conditioners & personal care products

• Raw material dispensing, mixing, emulsification & homogenization

• Support new formulation development & product trials

• Scale-up of lab formulations to commercial production

• Conduct stability samples & pilot batches

• Process improvement & troubleshooting during manufacturing

• Maintain GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance

• Documentation, batch records & coordination with QC/R&D teams

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry / Cosmetic Science

• 3–5 years experience in cosmetic manufacturing or formulation

• Practical knowledge of emulsions, surfactant systems & actives handling

• Understanding of stability, compatibility & basic regulatory requirements

• Proactive, innovative & problem-solving mindset
