Job Title: Marketing Manager for (KANSAL COLOUR ROOFINGS INDIA PVT.LTD)

Job Responsibilities_

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.

Creating campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into sales leads.

Identify target markets and analyze competitors and industry trends.

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events).

Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.

Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

Create and approve marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Supervise and guide marketing team members or external agencies.

Generate leads and support revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements_

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).

Master’s degree (MBA with Marketing specialization)

2–5 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.

Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and market research.

Prior leadership or team management experience is an advantage.

Must be good at English & Hindi

Salary_ Below 40k to 50k
