Marketplace Commerce Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Marketplace Executive with hands-on experience in managing product listings on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalog management, listing optimization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory across platforms
• Monitor listing health and resolve errors/issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, stock availability, and order processing
• Track marketplace performance including sales, traffic, and conversion rates
• Implement basic SEO strategies for product listings
• Manage product variations, categories, and attributes
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and algorithm changes
• Requirements:1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Strong understanding of product listing and cataloging
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Preferred Skills:Experience with bulk listing tools or listing via flat files
• Understanding of marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is a plus
• Experience in handling returns, reviews, and customer queries
