Medical Representative (MR)

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion & Detailing

Meet doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to promote company products.

Provide scientific and technical information regarding products.

Ensure product visibility and brand recall in assigned territory.

2. Sales Target Achievement

Generate prescriptions as per company goals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and grow sales revenue in assigned market areas.

3. Territory Management

Plan daily field visits and maintain call averages.

Maintain updated doctor lists and chemist lists.

Cover assigned routes and ensure broad product penetration.

4. Relationship Building

Develop strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.

Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.
