Job Title: Merchandiser / Buyer Liaison

Job Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Merchandiser to act as the key link between buyers, suppliers, and the factory. The role involves managing buyer communication, materials, sampling, production planning, quality control, and shipment coordination to ensure timely and quality order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate buyer requirements on design, quality, costing, and timelines
• Source and manage raw materials and approvals (fabrics, trims, lab dips)
• Prepare costing sheets, book orders, and plan production schedules
• Handle sampling from proto to pre-production stages
• Oversee production flow and conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs)
• Ensure quality standards and arrange inspections
• Manage documentation and support shipment logistics
• Coordinate internally with production, quality, cutting, and packing teams
