Mern Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Mern Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, React Native/Flutter and DevOps practices, along with a keen interest or working knowledge in AI/ML-driven applications. You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and deploying mobile and backend solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native/flutter and web applications.
• Build and optimize backend services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
• Implement DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, testing, and automated deployments.
• Work on integration of AI/ML features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs/GraphQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience or interest in AI/ML integration (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, or similar).
• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
• Ability to work in an agile team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Prior experience with AI-powered apps or chatbots.
