✅ Explain coverage, IDV, add-ons, exclusions, and claim process clearly to customers

✅ Follow up with prospects to close sales within TAT

✅ Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements

✅ Coordinate with insurance companies for smooth processing

✅ Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, and issued policies

✅ Provide basic support in motor insurance claims guidance
