Job Description
Position: Networking Engineer (US Process – Night Shift)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 6:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 PM – 9:00 AM (Next Day)
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in networking and system administration
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing & Switching)
Experience as a Network Administrator / System Administrator
Hands-on troubleshooting of network and system issues
Supporting US-based clients (US process exposure preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in night shifts and extended weekend hours
Strong problem-solving and customer-support mindset
