Job Title: Home Care Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Care Nurse to provide one-on-one medical care to patients in their own homes. You will be responsible for implementing care plans prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient progress, and supporting family caregivers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Monitoring: Regularly check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and glucose levels.
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, or injections) and maintain accurate dosage records.
• Clinical Care: Perform wound dressing, catheter care, Nebulization , and handle medical equipment like oxygen concentrators or feeding tubes.
• Personal Hygiene: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding to prevent infections and ensure comfort.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed daily reports on the patient’s condition and communicate updates to the family and attending physician.
• Caregiver Education: Teach family members how to manage the patient's condition, including proper aftercare and identifying warning signs. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in nursing (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or ANM).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in clinical nursing or home care (freshers are often welcome for specific roles).
• Certifications: Valid nursing registration and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a residential setting.
• Availability: Ready for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts depending on patient requirements. 

Salary & Benefits:

• Average Salary: Ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month depending on experience and shift duration.
