JOB BRIEF:

Caroline Healthcare is looking for a responsible and disciplined Nursing Supervisor to manage home care operations. The candidate will be accountable for handling field staff, ensuring patient care quality, and maintaining strict operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise home care nurses & caregivers
• Ensure 100% shift coverage (no unattended patients)
• Conduct field visits and surprise audits
• Handle patient escalations with quick resolution
• Maintain strict reporting and documentation discipline
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams 

🩺 Mandatory Clinical Skills:

• ECG monitoring and interpretation
• Administration of injections (IV/IM/SC)
• IV cannulation and fluid management
• Basic life support (BLS) knowledge
• Patient vitals monitoring (BP, sugar, etc.)
• Wound care and dressing
• Ability to handle emergency situations at home
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and treatment progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (mandatory)
• Valid Nursing Registration
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital or home healthcare
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Good communication and compassionate behavior.
