Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin & Process Coordinator (CRM Specialist) to manage administrative operations, coordinate business processes, and oversee CRM activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations, efficient process management, and effective customer relationship handling while supporting cross-functional teams.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Management
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and inventory control for office supplies and services.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, IT support, and ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
  • Process Coordination
  • Monitor and streamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in implementing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure process alignment across departments.
  • Support internal audits and ensure data accuracy in reports and dashboards.
  • CRM Management
  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer information.
  • Track customer interactions, manage leads, and support the sales and marketing teams in client engagement.
  • Generate CRM reports and analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Provide training or support to team members on CRM tools and processes.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration, process coordination, or CRM management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
