Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant (Advanced Excel & Google Sheets)Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant with expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining organized data records, assisting in report generation, and performing various administrative duties to support smooth office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and update spreadsheets using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Generate and manage reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Perform complex data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing office calendars.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings and projects.
  • Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, including cloud-based collaboration, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
