Job Summary : The Office Boy is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the office by performing administrative support tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesServe tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms)
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
• Assist staff with basic office tasks as required
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
• Support office setup for meetings and events
• Run office errands such as bank visits, bill payments, or local deliveries
• Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic understanding of office routines
• Physically fit and able to perform daily tasks
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
