Job Description

We require a dependable and proactive candidate for the Office Administrator and Coordinator position, and we are specifically looking for someone who can join our team immediately. Contact serious candidates only .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining tidy premises, managing facilities.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and sometimes events.
  • Communication: Acting as a point of contact, resolving queries, managing calls.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Creating systems, handling vendor relations, supporting all staff.
  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience: Previous admin or coordination experience often preferred. 
  • Administrative Support: Managing phone calls, emails, correspondence, and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.
