Job Description
- Key Responsibilities 🎯
- 1. Review ManagementMonitor and manage reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Justdial, etc.
- Respond to positive and negative reviews professionally and on time.
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews.
- 2. Reputation MonitoringTrack online mentions of the company across search engines and social media.
- Identify and report fake reviews or harmful content.
- Work to maintain and improve overall company ratings.
- 3. Complaint HandlingCoordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution and update customers accordingly.
- Maintain records of customer feedback.
- 4. Social Media Reputation ManagementMonitor comments, messages, and posts on social media platforms.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns politely.
- Maintain positive engagement with clients.
- 5. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly ORM reports.
- Track rating improvements and customer sentiment.
- Suggest strategies to improve online reputation.
- Required Skills 💡Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Google reviews and social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to handle negative feedback professionally
