The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of social media marketing and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for communicating with the entire team to ensure a better understanding of social media and will also need to train them on how to manage and post on their own social media accounts effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Develop engaging content (text, image, and video) to attract and retain followers
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments, messages, and manage community engagement
• Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Track performance using analytics tools and create monthly reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in marketing/media
• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Knowledge of social media tools, trends, and ad platforms
• Good writing skills and creativity
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
