Operation Executive

🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for an Operations Executive who can handle day-to-day business operations and coordination. The role involves communicating with multiple companies/vendors, following up on small operational tasks, tracking work status, and ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable with calls and follow-ups.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with multiple companies, vendors, and partners
• Make calls and follow up on assigned operational tasks
• Coordinate small business activities and requests
• Track task status (pending / completed / delayed)
• Maintain basic records, updates, and reports
• Share daily or weekly status updates with management
• Support smooth execution of day-to-day operations
• Handle WhatsApp, calls, emails related to operations
• 🔹 Skills & RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and follow-ups
• Strong coordination and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks at the same time
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• 🔹 Preferred Candidate ProfileFresher or up to 2 years of experience
• Experience in operations, coordination, admin, or support roles is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
