Operation Executive

The Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely movement of cargo and courier shipments. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day logistics operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management

Oversee daily logistics, cargo handling, and courier operations.

Coordinate the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of shipments.

Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound cargo.

Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.

• Coordination & Communication

Liaise with transport partners, warehouse teams, and delivery agents.

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipment timelines, delays, or issues.

Resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain service continuity.

• Process & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and maintain quality checks for cargo handling and packaging.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational reports.

• Performance & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Track KPIs such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
